DEFINITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ringo<\/strong> \u2013 Ringo Eco O\u00dc, providing circulation service of reusable packages to consumers and points of sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Package<\/strong> \u2013 Ringo\u2019s reusable food or drink package<\/a> given for usage to consumers by points of sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consumer<\/strong> \u2013 Client who has purchased food or drinks inside Package from points of sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Point of sale (POS)<\/strong> \u2013 Company <\/a>who is selling food or drink inside Package to Consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return box<\/strong> \u2013 A box where Consumers can return Packages after use. Locations of the Boxes can be found on Ringo’s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deposit<\/strong> \u2013 Money paid by POS to Ringo for each Package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DEPOSIT AND IT\u2019s RETURN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before returning the Package to Return Box the Consumer must scan QR code located on the Package and insert own data into Ringo\u2019s website<\/a> to identify yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ringo pays the Deposit back to Consumer after the Package arrives at Ringo\u2019s washing centre. Ringo waits for the Packages to reach the Ringo\u2019s washing centre before paying the Deposit. This can take approximately 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case the Consumer returns the Package to Return Box within 30 calendar days, Ringo will return the Deposit to the Consumer in full amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the Consumer returns the Package to the Return Box later than 30 days, Ringo will return to Consumer 50% of the Deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consumer can be declined Deposit pay-out or Ringo\u2019s service if Package is scanned in bad faith in case the Deposit does not rightfully belong to the scanning Consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PACKAGES TERMS OF USAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consumer has a right to use each Package once for consuming food or drink. Consumer is not allowed to buy food or drink into used Package second time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To secure Package and food hygiene and sustainability of circulation service the Consumer must return Package to Return Box after each use not later than during 30 calendar days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OWNERSHIP OF PACKAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ownership of Packages is and remains Ringo\u2019s. Acquisition of Packages, including acquisition in good faith, by the Consumer is not possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Consumer has no right to sell the Packages nor encumber with rights of third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deposit payment by the Consumer does not lead to change of ownership of the Package to the Consumer. In case of finding lost Package, the Packages are subject to returning to Ringo\u2019s Return Box and Ringo will return the Deposit of found Package to the Consumer according to current terms of usage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
